Role Overview
As a Senior Partner Operation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers successfully and efficiently implement Grain’s FX optimization and hedging solutions. You will serve as a strategic advisor and technical guide, collaborating closely with enterprise clients, internal product and engineering teams, and external stakeholders to drive seamless integrations. This role requires expertise in managing complex financial technology implementations, a deep understanding of FX solutions, and a client-first approach to onboarding and solution adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Implementation:
Lead the implementation process for new clients, ensuring they integrate Grain’s embedded FX hedging solution successfully into their existing infrastructure.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation phase, providing structured onboarding support, best practices, and troubleshooting assistance.
Technical Integration Support:
Work closely with client engineering, product, and finance teams to facilitate API-driven integrations, ensuring smooth deployment of Grain’s solutions.
Partner with internal product and engineering teams to address technical challenges and optimize the integration process.
Project Management & Coordination:
Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, aligning key stakeholders, timelines, and success criteria.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks in the integration process.
Product Training & Enablement:
Provide hands-on training sessions and create educational materials to enhance client understanding and adoption of Grain’s product.
Develop scalable onboarding frameworks and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency across implementations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with CFOs, treasury teams, product teams, and technical teams at client organizations to align on business goals and ensure successful solution deployment.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing account management.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback Loop:
Gather insights from customer implementations to enhance product features, documentation, and onboarding experiences.
Act as a voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to product and engineering teams to drive product improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 5+ years in implementation management, solutions consulting, or similar roles within fintech, preferably in FX, payments, or treasury solutions. Experience working with customers in the cross-border, marketplace, PSP, and software space.
Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with API-driven solutions, financial technology integrations, and enterprise software deployments.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with enterprise clients, ensuring timely and successful implementations.
FX & Treasury Knowledge: Understanding of FX markets, hedging strategies, and cross-border payments is a strong advantage.
Consultative Approach: Ability to guide clients strategically, tailoring implementation processes to their specific needs and business objectives.
Communication & Training: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience conducting client training and enablement programs.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to troubleshoot technical and business challenges proactively and adapt to evolving client requirements.
