Key Responsibilities


  • Managed the hiring process, from sourcing to hiring, while providing the best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Plan and initiate recruitment workflow (including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews)

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs

  • Working with hiring managers & third party recruiting companies.

  • Think outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources



Qualifications


  • 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist from a start-up/fintech-tech company or a recruiting agency

  • Sourcing experience, mainly with LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Experience in recruiting for R&D positions

  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviews, phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)

  • Excellent level of English (both written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Accurate, professional, and good presentation skills

  • Ability to work well in a very dynamic environment

  • Ability to work independently, lead projects, and prioritize

  • High Service Orientation
